Here’s a coveted and rare retreat nestled adjacent to the meadow bringing a private, forested setting! This spacious Mountain Lodge, on a quiet cul de sac has been completely updated by Summit & Sands with new furnishings in a relaxed mountain-modern style. This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, plus den, townhome is perfect for any destination getaway. It features upstairs living areas with tall, vaulted ceilings and lovely forest and golf course views. Bright and spacious, enjoy the lovely great room with gas fireplace, large dining area, and powder room.
The Primary Suite located on the ground floor features a King Bed, gas fireplace, and an expansive bathroom with a shower and a jetted spa tub. Also on the ground floor is the Bunk Room with a twin over full bunk bed with trundle and ensuite bathroom. The large mudroom with benches and lots of storage is just off the garage as well as the laundry room.
The upstairs living area is light and bright with beautiful views. The open-concept great room and kitchen is the perfect place for everyone to gather. The large deck off the great room is the perfect spot for relaxation. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen features a professional range with a grill, a griddle, and double ovens. It also has a full complement of built-in appliances including a second dishwasher. This level has the third bedroom, with a Queen Bed and a luxurious bathroom with a shower, a jetted spa tub, and a large walk-in closet. The living level also includes a half bath and a cozy den with a sofa bed and TV. On the rear patio is a gas fire pit for all to enjoy some homemade s’mores as well as a private hot tub.
